My name is Letch, I am 20 years old. I was a drug addict, a thug, a liar and theif, a criminal, a monster. Before I even got locked up I was a prisoner. The Elkhart County Jail has set me free! All the chains are gone.

I have been at the Elkhart Jail for 15 months now and it has changed my life. Through all the classes and with the love and support of all the volunteers, I have been able to transform my life from a wreck to a new man in Christ. Because of all the classes and volunteers, I was able to see myself as I really was and they provided me with the tools and the guidance to be set free from my old self and become a new man. 2 Corinthians 5:17 says, “…the old is gone, the new has come!” 

I thank everbody with all my heart...all the volunteers and people that participate in the Elkhart County Jail. Without all of you I would still be a prisoner. But I’ve been set free!
