The resources below can help former inmates transition to a new life once they leave incarceration.

The Center for Community Justice (CCJ) provides this information to assist the formerly incarcerated in obtaining needed assistance. CCJ does not guarantee the availability, accessibility, nor the quality of assistance a client will receive when contacting the agencies in this resource catalog. Information includes:
